Training programme: Legislation relating to foreign nationals (ADDE)
The 5 days training programme addresses questions relating to stay, international protection, work and social assistance, and private international law, including nationality.
What
The training programme, which is organized by the Association for Foreigners' Rights (ADDE), is aimed at persons who already work in the field of foreigners' right. Each theme (see training modules below) is presented theoretically and then illustrated by a practitioner through case studies and case law. Questions and answers also give opportunities to exchange views on the topics.

7 November 2014: Training module 3 (Protection)
21 November 2014: Training module 4 (Work and social assistance)
5 December 2014: Training module 5 (Nationality, Statelessness, international family law)
