Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism: Conference on differences in treatment of migrants
The Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism organises a conference to confront situations of differences of treatment of migrants on the basis of their residence status with the principle of non-discrimination.
Depending on their residence status, migrants have a different access to services in the Belgian society. Are these differences in treatment legitimate? The Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism organises a conference to confront these situations with the principle of non-discrimination in Belgian, European and international law.
The conference (Dutch/French) will be held on Octobre 22, 2012 from 8.30 a.m. till 5 p.m in Résidence Palace (Rue de la loi 155, 1040 Bruxelles). The programme is available below.
