ADDE colloquium: The fight against fraud in immigration law
Is fraud more frequent? Are provisions in the immigration law to combat fraud necessary? coherent? These questions will be addressed during this one day colloquium organized by the Foreigners' Rights Association.
What
This colloquium focuses on the fight against fraud, following the adoption of provisions against fraud in the immigration law. Participants will examine provisions and limits imposed by fundamental rights. The coherence and the meaning/impact of the measures will also be discussed. The colloquium is targeted to inter alia lawyers, researchers, social workers.
